This tulip snuck in in the middle of a poppy study. I'm taking pictures of poppies for a tattoo I'd like to get. I've been having trouble finding the right pictures online, so I decided to take my own.

There were some beautiful poppies on campus over by Fenton. I saw today that they're already gone. :( Not sure what happened. I'd never seen poppies like that...so big and fluffy. They looked like they were made out of thick wrinkled paper, or bright orange birthday streamers.
I saw those too! But yeah, they were too far gone. There are crazy breeds of poppy out there. Humans love to breed things for weird traits...
what is the prize going to be for the dandelion contest? Your pix look great so far, E should be shaking in his boots!
