I could be wrong. But, I think of this as how computer animation should be used... not crap like Ice Age.

Abstract - A cup, a fan, my jammies, Christmas tree lights, Erik, and quilting fabric.

Erik thought this was hilarious. I slouched in a chair, fiddled with the camera settings so exposure was long and what not, set the camera on my stomach, and I took a picture while inhaling and exhaling. I messed with them for a long time until I got the ones I wants. Also, later that evening, I took horribly cliche long-exposure photos of Christmas tree lights. What can I say - they were pretty.

If you are in a relationship with someone who doesn't listen to you, doesn't understand you, is hurtful or manipulative to get what they want, or uses violent words, gestures, or actions - get out. You can love someone with all of your heart, but you can't change them, and it won't bring you happiness. There are many things you can make work if you try hard enough, but sometimes you loose a bit of yourself in the trying. Find someone who makes you more, not less. Because, life is good, and short, and there are people in your life who love you, and worry about your sadness, and share your happiness when you find it.

Breakfast: I made my own salad dressing, so I've been having a lot of salads. That pear was perfect.


Erik and I are having a dandelion photo competition. I have no idea what that means, except that I want to win it.

This tulip snuck in in the middle of a poppy study. I'm taking pictures of poppies for a tattoo I'd like to get. I've been having trouble finding the right pictures online, so I decided to take my own.

Painting the living room some sort of purple

It's maybe a teeny bit paler than this. We ran out of paint half way through, so we can still go with a slightly different shade, or a totally different color. I think it's totally girly, but also kinda like it's particular brand of warmth. What do you think?
