The finished design

Ok folks, here it is. I spent a lot of time arranging and rearranging this morning. I picked at areas where brights were too close to dulls, darks were too close to lights, and similar colors were not sufficiently spread out. I could pick at it more, I could buy more fabric, I could even change my design strategy. But I won't. The buck stops here. It's ready to go, I'm getting my sewing machine and pins out the very second I stop writing. Wheeee.

Ps, the colors in this image suck. It was cloudy today. I broke my not-quilting-when-cloudy habit.
