Glass noodles
Glass noodles are made of potato starch. they are my new magic food. They have little taste, no color, and are super clear (These are have a bit of color - the grey - because they are made from sweet potatoes).
But these noodles are so springy chewy stretchy awesome. It may just be me? If you try them, let me know what you think :) They go great with terityaki.

oo they remind me of chicken long rice noodles. which i assume are made out of rice :) i love the slinky texture of the rice noodles. i recommend them as well...
